The Mental Health Condition And Their Impact Factors Of Ecological Immigrant Of NingXia

Objective To investigate and analyze the mental health condition andtheir impact factor of Ecological Immigrant in NingXia, provide theoreticalevidence for effective interference with improvement of their mental health.Methods The research was divided into three parts.Part Ⅰ Quality of Life、 Psychological Healthy Condition and their impactfactor of Ecological Immigrant of NingXiaMulti-stage sample design was used extract subjects, five ecologicalimmigrants villages of NingXia and two. local residents villages was selected,SF-36、 SCL-90and self-edited questionnaire was used to evaluate the quality oflife and psychological health condition, the total score and the factor score ofSF-36and the total score、 the factor score of SCL-90compared betweenimmigrants and local residents. Logistic regression model was used in the impactfactors study.Part Ⅱ Mental disorders prevalence study of Ecological Immigrant ofNingXiaUse Multi-stage random sampling, extract1607ecological migrants ofNingxia region, using the Composite International Diagnostic Interview Version3.0(CIDI3.0) combined with computer-aided interview technology (CAPI) forhome-site investigation. To calculation any one of the mental disordersprevalence、 various types of mental disorders prevalence and a single diseasemental disorders prevalence of the whole population of the immigrants, to calculate and comparative the distribution of mental disorders prevalencedifferences between in different populations、 different time to emigrated and indifferent parts of region of immigrants.Part Ⅲ Study on factors affecting of mental disorders of ethnic Hui andHan ecological migrantsUse1:1case-control study to extract200mental disorders of immigrants and200health immigrants, matching the same sex, age addition or subtraction twoyears, analysis influencing factors of the prevalence of mental disorders of thewhole crowd immigration. Selected immigrants of investigation diagnosis of theCIDI into the investigation of the long group are divided group Hui and Hanimmigrants, to independent analysis influencing factors of mental disorders indifferent ethnic groups. Univariate analysis using the χ~2test, and multivariateanalysis using logistic regression model, significant sexual standards of a=0.05.ResultsPart Ⅰ①factor scores of SF-36including body pain in male immigranthigher than that in the local residents（Z=2.07， P=0.03）,physiological functionfactor scores of SF-36in female immigrant higher than that in the local residents（Z=2.49，P=0.01）. The total scores and two factor scores of SCL-90includingdepression and psychoticism in male immigrant higher than that in the localresidents(P<0.05),somatization symptoms and anxiety factor scores of SCL-90infemale immigrant higher than that in the local residents(P<0.05).②Nationalstratification, compared with the immigration group and the local residents groupof nationality hui and han shows quality of life in immigrants of nationality huiis poorer. Compared with the immigration group and the local residents group ofnationality hui and han shows significant differences of the total score of SCL-90,compared factor scores with two groups of nationality hui shows significant differences on somatization symptom(1.78±0.64vs1.55±0.53)、 obsessivecompulsive(1.56±0.47vs1.39±0.36)、interpersonal relationship(1.34±0.40vs1.24±0.26)、depression(1.46±0.51vs1.33±0.36)、anxiety(1.48±0.48vs1.33±0.33)、hostility(1.51±0.51vs1.36±0.37)、 paranoid ideation(1.28±0.39vs1.19±0.29)、psychotism(1.28±0.39vs1.18±0.25)， compared with two groups of nationalityhan shows significant differences on somatization symptom(1.71±0.60vs1.57±0.55)、 interpersonal relationship(1.31±0.38vs1.26±0.29)、 depression(1.43±0.48vs1.35±0.41)、anxiety(1.43±0.45vs1.35±0.39)、hostility(1.49±0.48vs1.42±0.41)、psychotism(1.26±0.36vs1.18±0.25).③The positive detection rate ofpsychological obstacles screening in female immigrant were significantly higherthan that in male、nationality hui higher than han、high age group higher than lowage group、live alone higher than on wedding(P＜0.05),The positive detection rateof psychological obstacles screening in the local residents shows significantdifferences that high age group higher than low age group、 low family incomehigher than high family income、 live alone higher than on wedding(P＜0.05).④Influence factors results:the effect factors of physiological health field(PHC) ofQuality of Life is age(OR=2.52),the effect factors of mental health field(MHC) isnational(OR=0.52). Logistic regression analysis in immigrant into the equationfactors:gender OR=0.52(95%CI：0.33～0.86)、nationality OR=2.67(95%CI：1.57～4.58)、 age OR=0.97(95%CI：0.95～0.98),in the local residents into the equationfactors:martial status OR=0.42(95%CI：0.28～0.63).Part Ⅱ①The point prevalence of mental disorder of Ecological Immigrantof NingXia is9.96%(95%CI:8.49%~11.42%); One-year prevalence rate is16.30%(95%CI:14.49%~18.11%); the lifetime prevalence rate is22.53%(95CI:20.49%~24.57%).②The constitutes of various types disease prevalence of mentaldisorders of immigrant groups:anxiety disorders>mood disorders>conduct and behavioral disorders> the substance use disorders.③One-year prevalence ratedistribution of mental disorders for different groups of people of immigration:thegroup of48to64years age were the highest,16to32age group were thelowest;that in females is higher than that in males;that in Ethnic hui is higher thanthan in han; Present generation immigrants is higher than the second generationmigrants;④One-year prevalence rate distribution of mental disorders for thegroup of different emigrated time of immigrants:Any one mental disorder、anxietydisorders and conduct and behavioral disorders of the group of migrate2-10yearsis higher than that in immigrants moved to more than10years, the difference wasstatistically significant.⑤One-year prevalence rate distribution of mentaldisorders for the group of different region of immigrants:Any one mental disordersand anxiety disorders of remote from the city and economically backward areaimmigrants is higher than that in the outskirts and the more economicallydeveloped areas and significant difference.Part Ⅲ Influencing factors of mental disorders of the whole population ofimmigration is the migration time is2-10years、 chronic disease， influencingfactors of mental disorders of Hui immigrant is chronic disease.Conclusion1、 Quality of life conditions and Psychological health status of EcologicalImmigrant of NingXia is poorer than that in local residents.The influencing factorsof quality of life and Psychological health are in many field, quality of life of theMuslim immigrants and the elderly of immigration area left behind is poor, Femaleimmigrants、Hui immigrants、High age paragraph immigrants more prone to mentalhealth problems.2、 The prevalence of mental disorders of Ecological Immigrant of NingXia ishigher compared to other regions, the most common are anxiety disorders,the prevalence of mental disorders of groups female in immigrant than that in male,mental disorders prevalence in Hui is higher than that in Han.the prevalence ofmental disorders of middle-aged and older immigrants、 immigrants with themigration time is2-10years and immigrants from the city in remote areas ishigher.3、 Influencing factors of the prevalence of mental disorders is Chronicdisease， point out a long-term psychological stress stimulation can lead to mentaldisorders prevalence.
