Study On Ethical Dilemma Of High-tech Application

The rapid development and wide application of high-tech is not only Promoting physical development and social progress, but also Often making the human into the ethical dilemmas. When people need to make choices among different good moral and they have to make a choice, his heart is full of guilt and helpless. To solve ethical dilemmas is not only an important task of scientific and technical workers, but also problem which all the people is unable to avoid. Studies on ethical dilemmas of high-tech application can make comprehensive analysis on the technical risk. It is helpful to people for the masses. Eventually, high technology play a important role in the application and the service to human.Ethical dilemmas of high-tech application mainly present interest demands conflict、code missing and code conflict、value conflict,unclear responsibility,uncontrollably technology. Interest demands conflict are led by individuals,groups,nations,inter-generation. Code conflict include different roles codes,new and old codes contradiction.Values conflicts are usually caused by the moral stranger conflicts,new and old values.The reasons lying behind the ethical dilemmas are complex. There are several reasons for ethical dilemmas in high-tech application.Characteristics of high-tech,lagging behind of ethics,alienation of high-tech,and lack of awareness by main body are the common main reasons for ethical dilemmas in high-tech application.Based on the above reasons,this thesis puts forward strategies to explore the solution with scientific way,Regulate the behavior of main body,strengthen the level of awareness and response capacity,strengthen the construction of solutions,play the role of ethics committee.
