Vyacheslaw Peyetsukh is one of the “alternative literature” in Russia. His works has ironic tone, humor spicy language, extravagant story and so on.Novel New Moscow Philosophy is one of his representative works. The novel New Moscow Philosophy embodies the “avant—garde satine” in aesthetics and has a significant intertextual relationship with Fyodor Dostoyevsky’s novel Crime and Punishment. On the seemingly absurd plot the work reflects the author’s concern on the change of ordinary people’s heart thinking of human existence, the meaning of life and the fate of the Russia and so on. Secondly, the intertextuality and the absurd fiction of the novel New Moscow Philosophy to reveal that Peyetsukh has learned from Dostoevsky, Gogol and other Russian classical writers. Finally, based on the “Moscow Text” feature in Russian literature try to explain the image of Moscow in the novel New Moscow Philosophy.
