Research On The Characteristics Of The Self Identity And The Crisis Of The Identity Of PE Major Students

Self-identity refers to as the growth of the age, everyone understanding of self,understanding, including some major issues about the self development. Such as the outlook on life, values, world view, and even to the ideal, the future I hope this series of problems are engaged in thinking and choice. Self-identity has been developing smoothly, the individual in the past, present and future can be perfect and unified integration itself, make it into the whole. And be able to clear their own ideals and values, and orientation have a clear understanding of the future.Refers to the identity crisis in the process of thinking and explore the development of self-identity, due to the interaction between external factors and internal factors, the phenomenon of the exploring identity achievement status failed.The identity crisis characterized by a lack of clear self the same feeling, don’t know their own role, there is no clear self avoiding even consider personal qualities,direction, etc. Identity crisis is unable to answer the problem of "who am I". Lost personal locator makes it can’t find the target and direction.In recent years, knowledge of psychology, has its own unique characteristics,compared with the other professional college students, the curriculum arrangement,different from common teaching on college PE class that created a lot, energetic,individual character make public, brave and decisive, adventurous personality, but on the other hand, sports the cultural quality education of college students has certain disadvantage compared with ordinary university students, this creates a lot of sports college students’ self positioning fuzzy, plus sports professional social demand and the masses recognition low relative to other professional sports college students’ personality characteristics and social status has created sports college students positioning vague about the future of this situation, the purpose of this study is to study the characteristics of the sports college students’ self-identity and the status quo,statistical dimensions of college PE class identity crisis, to help strengthen the identity of the state of the sports college students gain, prompting sports college students in employment and life get the goal.In this paper by the methods of psychological measurement, literature material method, mathematical statistics method of three universities in four grade a total of433 students of sports participants to identity status and identity crisis measurement.the results show that :1. for college PE classes, more than half of college students is in a state of identity achievement, is also a mature state, can be very good self-exploration, andclear himself of the planning and direction of the future.2. on the state of identity achievement, has the highest percentage of the number of freshman, senior lowest proportion.3.more than half of the students of sports in crisis mode, latent crisis and the crisis state number is a fraction of the total.4.research data show that senior identity crisis of the mean and standard deviation of every dimensions were significantly higher than the other three grade.
