The Philippines Language Policy Evolution And The Effects Of Chinese School Students Language Using

The Philippines is a multiple nationalities and multilingual country. In the process of its historical development as a result of the influence of suffered colonialism, presents a complex and changeable domestic use of language. This article selects the Philippines language policy as the research object, through the study of language policy in the Philippines, Can reveal the structure of the language policy in the Philippines and directions. This paper uses the literature analysis method, through collecting the current domestic and foreign relevant literature about the language policy in the Philippines, and sorting, analysis, and aimed at the problems found in reference; Descriptive study method, the language policy change and development of the Philippines, by actual research and their own understanding, sorting and gives detailed explanation and illustration; Questionnaire survey, through the questionnaire form to the Philippine Chinese school students language use present situation investigation, analysis of language policy implementation to the feet, dug up from students language use present situation and existing problems in the language policy in the Philippines. Research results are as follows: 1. the language policy of the five dynasties to the Philippines to historical review; 2. through the language policy of development history, summarized the characteristics of the language policy evolution; 3. analyze the impact of language policy in different periods; 4. through the present situation of Chinese school students in the Philippines language use, reveals the problems existing in the language policy in the Philippines, and through the characteristics of the language policy in the Philippines, the Philippines language policy in the future trend of the development of a default.
