This paper take the population migration as the research object, the North Piedmont Mountain Tianshan as study area,trying to research the condition of the population migration of all of countries and cities in the area and the outside of the region, and to summarize the motivation, type, flow and impact of population migration of this region. In order to understand the social situation of the east slop of North Piedmont Mountain Tianshan from the point view of the population migration.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the preface.
