Middle school is a critical period for the teenagers to develop their body,cognition, and social emotion. The causes: the contradiction between the maturity of the adolescent physical and mental developmental level, which make students cann’t properly manage their emotion and tend to ill behaviors. Researches have indicated that emotion management ability of junior middle school students with Internet addiction, mobile phone dependency and mental health were significantly related.Current research focuses on such fields as the present situation of the junior middle school students emotional management ability and the relationship between emotion management and mental health, etc. Which has not been found the study about relationship between the conflict of parents and the emotion management ability from the perspective of family. This research investigated 675 junior middle school students from three different schools in Nan Chong as the research object,which adopts “the junior middle school students emotional management ability questionnaire” and “Childen’s Perception of Interparental Conflict Scale” to investigate junior middle school students’ ability about parents conflict and emotional management. The results showed that:(1) The Junior middle school students’ emotion management ability was good on the whole, but the internal development was imbalance.(2) There were no significant differences between gender, family origin and family type. However in seeking outside help and positive remedial ability on two dimensions, girls significantly better than boys; On the ability to control the negative suggestion, boys significantly better than girls.(3) The different grade of junior school students on the emotion management and rational control emotion ability presents downward trend after rising first, on the power of positive remedial showed a trend of gradual decline.(4) There was not significant difference between father’s education level and junior high school students’ emotional management ability. Mother’s education level was just the opposite, the emotion management ability was the stronger of junior high school students when the degree of mother culture was the higher.(5) Rural junior school students were more likely to know parent’s conflict than city, expecially about themselves. This was a significant difference what was suitable to Parents’ education.(6) There was a significant correlation between interparental conflict and junior high school students’ emotional management ability. The more the interparental conflict, the worse the emotional management ability of junior high school students.When junior high school students attributed interparental conflict to themselves, they generally tended to control their emotions rationally.
