From The Perspective Of Professional To Study Amateur Experimental Troupe

The Amateur Dram Association or Amateur Experimental Theater that shares two names but is the same company is a part of the last century 30’s Shanghai left-wing drama movement.The movement can be divided into two periods by the left wing drama movement crisis in 1935.The former,it is an ordinary movement whose main fore are workers,students and the lower citizen class.The latter,it becomes a professional one as its main force transfers to the theater after the failure of the last movement,And the Amateur Experiment Theater is the most representative one in that professional movement of left-wing.Although the Amateur Drama Association just exists two years,so the Amateur Experimental Theater close,but it is spoken highly of its stage performance and stage art.At same time,its greater when it compared with other ones in the same period.Unfortunately,it is finally labeled with “microphone of era”because it presents features of political propaganda and moralistic tendency form left wing drama.The author intends to distinguish this troupes activities from the left-wing drama group. Its valuable for them to insist on art innovation and gained certain achievements while they regard propaganda as the chiefly task.therefore,this paper is aim to analyze Amateur Drama Association and Amateur Experimental Theaters organization and management as well as operation characteristics from the aspect of profession.The contents need to be investigated and researched are as follows: First,Combining with historical facts to discuss the process of the theater from amateur to professional. Second, from the standard and scale as well the organization management and operation to analyze the professional characters of Amateur Experimental Troupe.Third, To analyze the effects of professional troupe made to the stage.
