Work fatigue refers to workers during operation, due to continuous work, continue to consume energy, produce physiological and psychological changes in the body caused by a phenomenon of reduced ability to work. When fatigue occurs, most people tend to produce subjectively from mild fatigue to feel completely exhausted, but this feeling and fatigue will not necessarily occur simultaneously. Sometimes, though already appears fatigue, but did not actually enter the state of fatigue. In addition, although no fatigue but also to see the case of physical fatigue had occurred.Although the work is an important component of structural fatigue in many fields, but its definition of the concept, the definition of work to alleviate fatigue, measurements of fatigue, etc. are not sufficient.2015, American scholar Frone and Tidwell developed conceptual work fatigue (Work Fatigue), and outlines the work over solving the fatigue measures, worked out a work fatigue model, the development of the work of the fatigue assessment scale (3D-WFI).This article Frone Tidwel development work and fatigue scale revision and applied research, turn out:(1) According to employee fatigue scale questionnaire in English, Chinese cultural background for a revision of employee fatigue scale, provide a valid and reliable measurement tools for future study.(2) by 190 employees of the analysis of the survey found that employee fatigue fatigue overall status of employees working on the middle level; employee fatigue were no significant differences in male and female gender.
