Chapter 3, “ ‘Folk’ formation and characteristics of value”, on the one hand, from the individual experience and cultural point of view, to reveal the writer’s own experience, the impact of regional culture and the pursuit of their own folk characteristics formed; on the other hand, from the perspective of the humanities and the arts, Bi Feiyu’s novel interpretation of the value of “folk” of features.The theory attempts to based the novels of Bi Feiyu, use of related “folk” theory, focused on his novel of the “folk” Features to make some analysis from the academic level, and strive through probe folk aesthetic space in writer’s fiction to explain the people survive plight and cultural connotation.
