With the development of people’s life and technology, people are increasing for the requirements of electronic products,.This scenario are everywhere: people are constantly using different kinds of devices to deal with their life and work stuff. With the mobile getting more and more polular,making us deal with work or social interaction with others are no longer confined to a fixed place.Every one focus not only ne screen at once. Family environment for a variety of video, audio and other content of the digital entertainment lifestyle of great demand and the support of national policy, the family environment has become the key point of the developing of muiti screen interaction.In this paper,using the digital entertainment products in the smart home environment as the research object, trying to from the perspective of multi screen interactive experience as a starting point and and through the research to understand the needs of users in the family of digital entertainment products, and then analyze the home digital entertainment products through the researching to understand the needs of users in the family of digital entertainment products,to guiding design practice.First of all, this paper analyzes and expounds the concept of multi screen interaction and user’s behavior, then analyzes the factors that affect the design. The design elements of the three aspects of the use of the scene, the operation mode and the frame structure are finally obtained. Analysis of existing applications and development methods of multi screen interaction. Then, the author summarizes the application of home digital entertainment products, mainly containing the system level application and the application of software. In the research through qualitative and quantitative analysis of user segments for entry type, experience type and expert of these three types of users. Summarize the requirements for each type of user. Then based on the needs of users, to demand the co-existence of ideas proposed based on user demand of digital home entertainment products multi screen interaction design features should be is family based on sharing, multi-channel interactive mode and based on three screen frame structure. And through the analysis of digital home entertainment products user experience available requirements and elements of user experience and the user’s mental model is introduced, and then the consistency theory, for digital entertainment products user experience analysis framework and the man-machine interface standards. Finally, based on the analysis of user needs and design principles, this paper analyzes the multi screen interactive design time of digital entertainment products under the intelligent home, and further improve the theoretical research.
