However, the Liujiang River basin is remote, with adverse environments and complicated ethnic relations. Hindered by different factors, the basin is economically backward. Besides, numerous resources are unused and effectively exploited.Article research on the economic development of this period Liujiang River from the agricultural, mining and industrial, commercial and other aspects。 Firstly,outlines the environment and population Liujiang River.the Qing Government loosened restrictions and allowed Han people to settle down in regions of minor nationalities. The Government of the Qing and Republic reclamation reward, encourage the development of agricultural and sideline. The massive migration turned to be a crucial driving force of developments in the Liujiang River basin. In the Agriculture,Discusses the reclamation policy, water conservancy construction, production, promotion of new crops and analyze the impact of agricultural development。In the industrial and mining, discusses the process of economic development of crops and forest resources。 Finally, I study the business environment, businessman, commodities and other content.lt can be found in the important role of commercial immigration, waterways and other Liujiang commercial development.Economic development in the Liujiang River Basin is mutual influence policy, immigration, transportation and productivity conducted by several factors.The massive migration turned to be a crucial driving force of developments in the Liujiang River basin. Land resources, forest resources and mineral resources were all exploited. Besides, agriculture and handicraft industry were further boosted. In addition, the commercial migration also enhanced business communications in the basin and radiated the businesses in the basin into Guizhou, Hunan and Guangdong provinces. Thus the basin began to participate in the market economy and became a part of social markets.Meanwhile, the developments of multiple industries in the basin also indicate that the basin should establish policies and tailor measures according to actual conditions. These experiences are of great reference values for current basin developments.
