The Investigation On The Structure Of "X Si(Le)" From Multiple Perspectives

This paper makes detailed investigation on the structure of "X si(le)" from multiple perspectives. The detailed analysis represents in:in the big frame of verb-complement structure, it considers the language fact that the difference of "X" value would cause the semantic difference of the structure. It then further details the structure to four types of serial verb construction, verb-resultative construction, verb-complement construction and Predicate-Complement of degree construction. Multiple perspectives are represented in: it describes the diachronic various constructions and also discusses the synchronic sentence forming situation. Besides, the paper also analyzes the trend presented by the structure in the evolution process. Specifically speaking, major research work of this paper is as follows:Chapter 1, the introduction mainly describes the topic selection reason, research status, shortages, targeted direction of the author, theories planned to be used in the research process and the adopted analysis method.Chapter 2, the research is conducted from the diachronic perspective. It mainly introduces the diachronic structure types, describing the semantic features of "X" and "si"(æ­») in various structures, summarizes the compositions of "X". On the basis of this, it makes a comparison on the similarities and differences between different constructions.Chapter 3, the research is conducted from the synchronous perspective. It first investigates the combination status of the two compositions of "Xsi" (Xæ­») and the semantics of the whole structure. Then it analyzes the homonymy issue of this structure, explains the issue that the sentence constituents after it entering the sentence and the tendentiousness in matching the argument and sentence type.Chapter 4, it mainly explains reasons that "Xsi" go to integration from the fundamental conditions, theoretical foundations and major features of "Xsi" inclining integration.In the conclusion part, it summarizes the content of the paper, illustrates advantages and disadvantages of this paper and also discusses the working direction of this subject.
