The Ming founding emperor Zhu Yuanzhang absorbed lessons of court discipline in great disorder, slack legality and even change of dynasty. Taking rectifying officials,institution building, divide and rule, feudal ethics varing over time and legal guidelines to govern the Ming Dynasty. Legal practice on emperor thought, the wind in the official government, political, ecological, social order and political aspects of the Ming Dynasty had a significant impact, with good results to some extent, especially after Heaven’s consorted Ouyang Lun, the convergence of the corrupt behavior a period of time.However, due to limitations of the times limited, practical legal effect emperor thought showed that corruption was not able to completely eradicated.Focus of Zhu Yuanzhang used legality was to punish official corruption. Current society, in the center of major efforts, but long aging combat corruption eighteen Fourth Plenary Session proposed the "rule of law" major move. By legal means, constrainted official corruption, ancient and modern versa. Zhu Yuanzhang punished corrupt officials by legal means, the means could be described as severe, and today the central government to fight corruption with similar determination. But the emperor era, official corruption habits still not been effectively curbed; simultaneously today in the central vigorously punished corruption, although some officials had lessened, but still not all eradication, with a long way to go.By studying the legal system and its practice of Zhu Yuanzhang, the early Ming society was somewhat similar to today’s society on punishing corruption, rectifying officials monitor the weight efficiency, team work aspects, we studied the measures they had taken, the practice, the results achieved drawn its lessons for today’s society, the legal system, corruption, governance and provided historical interpretation basis.
