Research On Methods Of Production Organization For Jade Carving Industry In Yusan Village Of Tengchong County

In this paper, the methods of production organization are taken as research object for jade carving industry in Yusan village of Tengchong county. Aim to study the change, it is about the methods of production organization, attempts to analyze, at different time and stages of development, the role of the relationship between different forms of production organization. By analyzing these different forms of production organization and their main function, it is show that the traditional and modern elements behind the reason of the establishment of such a development model, the relationship of the competition and cooperation among the different producers, and how to integrate different economic activities in a unified whole to form a production and mode of operation of enterprises.On the one hand, it can get rid of all sorts of individuals within the limitations of family-run. On the other hand, the enterprises can use the advantage of cooperation to get the external technology, creativity, capital and other elements of support, so that the different parts of production become specialization, socialization and scale production, eventually participation in the modern market competition, acquiring new inheritance and innovation strength.
