With the further development of Chinese language,currently the major place of Chinese language teaching is focus on the oversea Chinese language education in the non-target language environment,and more and more learners choose to learn Chinese in their own country.Thailand for instance,at July 2014,There are more than 3000 colleges that offer Chinese language courses in Thailand,and the number of Chinese learning more than one million.In the face of such a stronger demand,The contradiction of the shortage of teacher supply has become increasingly prominent.The Thai native Chinese teachers are the main force of sustainable development in the future of Chinese education in Thailand,but those who are uneven level of Chinese language ability and teaching standards and are in large inter-individual difference.The Spoken Chinese ability is the most obvious sign that measures the Thai native Chinese teachers’Chinese language ability.The Thai native Chinese teacher would be as the Chinese learner in the first place,and also be a professor of Chinese language,then their Chinese oral lineament will affect even dominate the future of the Thailand Chinese language learners’Chinese oral lineament.However,how about their Chinese spoken ability?In view of this problem,the Chinese teaching community has not been widely concerned at present.Therefore,in this paper the writer makes a case study of the ten Thai native Chinese teachers Chinese spoken ability of the one Thailand east Chinese college of the Wutthi wittaya school,with the HSKK integration exam paper(the hundred-word syllable of Zhu table as the part of supplement of voice survey)and topic difficulty sorting test paper as research materials,and are simultaneously combined Background questionnaire,Interview survey and Classroom observation,by a qualitative as well as quantitative research method,at first use"HSKK score illustration"combined with 《International Chinese language ability standards》 to measure the speaking ability level of the Thai native Chinese teachers,and then from the elements of Chinese language and three features of language performance,fluency,accuracy and appropriateness,it is deeply to explore concrete representations of oral performance in Chinese,in the perspective of pronunciation, speech pacing,vocabulary,grammar and discourse.The investigation indicated that the Thai native Chinese teachers oral language ability has achieved up to third level of the Chinese learners’oral communicative competence within 《 International Chinese language ability standards》,and individual teachers have been reached four level even close to fifth level.but their oral communication always are weak measured in fluency,accuracy and appropriateness of the application of language ability.As far as the Thai native Chinese teachers to sensitivity of the topic difficulty,they think that they could be easy to talk about their daily life in Chinese,but is difficult to express topic of the point,the view and the discuss.In addition,it is not balance on the Chinese language elements of the Thai native Chinese teachers’ in speaking and their speaking ability that is huge gap existed,great difference between its standard levels.Ultimately,the writer has made further discussions on the point of speaking ability of the Thailand native teachers and some constructive suggestions of which improve the Thai native Chinese teachers’ speaking ability,in order to provide reference for the future design of the Thai native Chinese teachers training program, and also hope to cause the attention of the educational circles on the study of speaking ability of oversea Chinese language learners.
