Symbolism—the Creation Path In My Heart

In this thesis I would like to refer to symbolism painting, discuss the transformation of his creation from the images to the symbolic paintings. Based on this, this thesis is mainly divided into three parts. The first part is the simple analysis of the meaning of symbolism, thus further explanation of the origin of symbolism painting and the core of the symbolism painting and language characteristics. The second part, through the example of the painting creation of Redon, Ensor, Bocklin three painters to analyze the artistic characteristics of their works and the strong metaphorical and symbolic features in their works. These three artists are the painters who I like and admire very much at present. Their creative ideas and symbolic techniques give me the artistic inspiration in a way. The third part, the core of the thesis, mainly combs some works I created during the three years of Graduate Studies. First of all, discuss the content source of my painting creation; secondly, discuss the artistic thinking of this period. Generally speaking, the process of my art study is full of pain and contradiction. Then, respectively from the aspects of theme, structure, modeling, color to discuss the presentation from the theme to the picture. Finally, systematically comb my creation; roughly divide into "private space series", "insanity series ","state series", "split series ".
