Reaserch On The Geographical Names Of The Jin Culture System Characters

Geographical names in the ancient character materials hav e significant meaning in reaserching geography and political system.As the important ancient character materials in the Eastern Zhou dynasty, geographical names in the characters of Jin culture system play critical role in the ancient history study. This thesis mainly aim at tiding and reaserching of the geographical names in the characters of Jin culture system.This thesis will be divided into six parts:The first part is introducing.In this part,I redefine the concept of the characters of Jin culture system and state the time and space range and the materials of characters of Jin culture system.Meanwhile,the thesis brifly introduce the history, current situation and the defects in the teaserch of characters of Jin culture system.ln the end,the thesis come up with the aim,methord and meaning of the thesis.The second charpter introduce the basical situation of the characters of Jin(晋),Zhou(周),Zheng(郑),Wei(卫)and the Ethnic minorities region.Then,the thesis tide and study the geographical names in the characters of the states and region above mentioned.This part totally get 24 geographical names of Jin state,38 geographical names of Zhou(6 geographical names need be checked),5geographical names of Zheng state,6 geographical names of Wei state and 5 geographical names of the Ethnic minorities region. In the process of the study,I studied the time and state of the’Jian you ku dagger-axe’ and ’Nian er nian spear’from the aspect of palaeography and archeology.The third charpter introduce the basical situation of the characters of Zhao state. Then,the thesis tide and study the geographical names in the characters of the states and region above mentioned. This part totally get 98 geographical names of Zhao state,25 geographical names that need be rechecked.The forth charpter introduce the basical situation of the characters of Han state. Then,the thesis tide and study the geographical names in the characters of the states and region above mentioned. This part totally get 50 geographical names of Han state and 10 geographical names that need be rechecked. In the process of the study,1 studied the’you ku gongshi dagger-axe’and’Nian er nian fu(邞)dagger-axe’, held the view point that the geographical name not be mentioned should be’shaoqu(少曲)’and the dagger-axe belong to the weapon pf the Han state.The’Nian er nian fu(邞)dagger-axe’originally belong to Wei(魏)state and were transfored into Han state due to the war fare.The fifth charpter introduce the basical situation of the characters of Wei state. Then,the thesis tide and study the geographical names in the characters of the states and region above mentioned. This part totally get 63 geographical names of Zhao state and 14 geographical names that need be checked. In the process of the study,the thesis think that the seal’Shuqiu lin ban’,’Quyang’and the’Nian san nian danfu sword’should belong to Wei state.enrich the geographical name materials of the Wei state characters.The sixth charpter sum up the view points achievement and related problems.
