The Influence Factors Of Evaluating Artworks Prices In Financing Pledge

With the development of economy,financial supporting has become one of the most powerful way to expand the art market and spread our culture.Take the Bank of Weifang as an example,there are too much problem in artworks financial pledge,especially artworks appraisal.By drawing from the system of cultural assets evaluation index,influence factors on assessment of art prices can be divided into external factors and internal factors.And from this,there are some further analysis in order to establish the three layers structure of art prices evaluation index.And then,we will establish the evaluation factors weight coefficient table about artworks prices in order to provide new thought.No denying that there are many problem in artworks financial pledged.Risk management in artworks assessment is an important part in the whole business process.However,Due to the limitation of personal knowledge,viewpoints of this paper are hard to be mature enough, and further study is needed.And I appreciate very much with the advice from professors.
