Known as the "piano prince", Franz Liszt, the renowned pianist, composer and conductor in the 19th century Romantic Period in Hungary, is one of the most outstanding representatives of the early stage of the romanticism. He originated the noun of program music that makes music works more easily understood by the public and started the forms of playing from memory and Piano Solo Recitals. In addition, inspired by violinist master, Liszt has created the miracle in the piano field.With the continuous development of society and the frequent exchanges between the countries all over the world, we can select by all sorts of versions of albums and books recorded by all sorts of musicians, which has set a higher standard on our choices. Composer Britten said:"music experience needs three kinds of talents to be completed:composers, performers and listeners. Unless these three kinds join at the same time, otherwise there is no so-called music experience." Performers wants to express the composer’s emotion in the most direct and the most true manner; listeners want to grasp the composers’intentions in the most appropriate and the deepest way. Good music versions are very important, as the difference of the players and versions will lead to various styles and effect, express different feelings so that they will let listeners easily be confused even be totally different from the composer’s intention.This article selects Liszt’s feeling after reading Dante-Fantastic Sonata created after he read Dante’s Dante’s Inferno as this work has manifested the artistic concept of combining the literature, music and fine pursuit pursued by the program music incisively and vividly and the work has attracted a lot of music lovers by its superb artistry, the theme of the single melody and the rich motives performanceBased on the version comparison version as well as the revelation brought up by the version comparison as the key point, through the comparative analysis and researches on the playing versions from the four musicians within the same period but from different nationalities, in different periods and from different nationalities with different styles, the article does the comparison and summary by distinguishing the nuances from the acoustics. In addition, the article selects and compares the different versions of the program of this work published by the different presses to make the similarities and differences between each edition more clearly and get more inspiration from playing and teaching aspects.
