In 1980s, the Austria writer Franz Kafka’s works spread widely in Chinese, and also bring some writers’attention. Kafka and his works affect Chinese contemporary writers Yu Hua, Zong Pu and Can Xue in different degrees. In 2014,Yan Lianke was awarded the Kafka Prize for Literature he is the first Chinese person to win prestigious award, the word "Regardless of literature or experience, Yan Lianke was deserved it, he has a sharp satire of and observation for discerning reality, he was the same creative spirit as Kafka. Especially he has the courage to face reality."Yan Lianke also said "Kafka way of cognition world has influenced me". In this paper, I researched on the study view,which based on both Kafka and Yan Lianke’s work to explore connection between Yan Lianke and Kafka, to use analysis research and accept the research method to explore the acceptance and re written of Kafka’s novel by Yan Lianke.The paper is consists of four chapters. In chapter one related work is discussed the general information of Kafka and his works in China. Making works comparison of Kafka and Chinese contemporary writer and the research status in China.The chapter two, it discusses when,where and how to meet Kafka by meeting, talking and saying goodbye to Kafka. And how he evaluated Kafka and finding out what is the difference between these two writers.The third chapter deals the evaluation on Kafka and his works by Yan Lianke. The evaluation consists of subject and expression way and then study on the acceptance of Kafka’s novel in details.In the last chapter, depends on the understanding of literature and reality by Yan Lianke, I point out how Yan Lianke finish the rewritten according to his written model and creation idea.
