Israel is a Multi-ethnic society which includes Jews and other ethnics. Labor migration is a special group in Israel. According to the nationality, Labor migration can be generally divided into Palestinian workers and non-Palestinian workers. After Six-Day War, a large number of Palestinian workers flooded into Israel and Jewish settlements. In the 1990 s, non-Palestinian labor became a substitute for Palestinian workers in the face of increasingly shortage of labor resources. The presence of Palestinian laborers in Israel is the evidence of the Israel-Palestinian economic interdependence between each other. Many foreign laborers which from Asia, Africa, Latin America and Eastern Europe rushed into Israel show that the connections of global economy become closer and closer in the interconnected world. After Six-Day War, the Israeli government implemented "Economic Integration" policy in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, which made a large number of Palestinian workers flow into Israel and Jewish settlements. The arrangement of Jewish immigrant and religious leads to the shortage of labor. The relation between Palestine and Israel leads to the departure of labor migration. Due to the hard condition of living and work, the labor migration has to tend to community for sake of assistance and takes actively part in religious activities. In a word, they try to integrate into the mainstream society with a positive attitude. Based on the influence of labor migration, the attitude of Israeli government of labor migration is from the tolerance to the hostility. Quota System, Binding System and Eviction is the embodiment of the restrictive immigration policies. In the thesis, I reach three conclusions. The first, the economic development is the fundamental factor of the introduction of labor migration in Israel. Moreover, Zionist ideology, national security interests and other factors make successive Israeli governments repeatedly change labor immigration policy. The second, there are widespread violations of labor rights and interests in the democratic countries. Although the Israeli government has enacted laws to protect rights and interests of labor migration, it needs to be strictly implemented. The third, the developing countries should fully draw lessons from the experience of the administration in Israel. The developing countries should improve laws and the input and output system of labor migration. In a word, free movement of labor cannot be halted in the process of world economic integration. The country should take a positive attitude to participate in the market allocation of human resources. Besides, the country should not only protect the basic rights and interests of migrant workers, but also give migrant workers more humanistic care.
