In the New HSK(Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) Level 5, Section 3 is Writing, including Sentence Completion, Word Writing and Picture Writing. This section requires candidates to prepare earnestly and specifically for its characteristic and difficulty(the high standard of requirement of writing amount, logical thinking ability and Chinese grammar).The results of questionnaire test according to the Official Examination Papers indicate that: the participants did not have a good command of Chinese elementary knowledge, phrases and collocations, common special sentence structures and basic structures. Therefore, teachers should urge students to fortify their basic knowledge, value the teaching skills, guide students complete the sentence step by step, check the fallible points and put forward suggestions on problems caused by negative language transfer. Meanwhile, to promote Chinese Proficiency, students should rich Chinese knowledge, overcome negative language transfer and master the usage of common special sentence structures, phrases and collocations and basic structures and so on.Research based on the writing of New HSK Level 5 aims at enriching the existing research results of the writing section of HSK, at the same time, the results of new research can help teachers, guidance personnel and examinee to further promote teaching and learning, learning and teaching through examinations.
