Based on the profiles of Enrollment in Civil Palace Examination in Jiajing twenty-six years, the thesis studies the questions concerned with the Jinshi in Jiajing twenty-six years. Furthermore, at the social and cultural background of "Jiajing Innovations", the great influence of taking Jinshi as the main standard of selecting capable person in Jiajing twenty-six years has been analyzed. At the same time, the total number of Jinshi in Jiajing twenty-six years has been debated, and the number of Jinshi amounts to 301.According to the profiles of Enrollment in Civil Palace Examination in Jiajing twenty-six years and so on, the related information about Jinshi, such as names, age, geographical distribution, household registration and so forth, has been sorted out. What is more, the specific reasons and characteristics of each aspect are discussed in detail. It can be concluded that Jinshi in Jiajing twenty-six years tend to use three words in their names, the age when they passed the imperial examination mostly are 30 to 39 years old, a majority of them lived in Zhejiang and Nanzhi province and most of them are ordinary people or soldiers. The thesis points out that the status of Jinshi mostly is born in a family of public officials. In general, the examination subject is the Book of Songs. The last but not the least, the thesis studies the countermeasures of final imperial examination presided over by the emperor towards the men who got the top three grades in the examination.From the political, economic and cultural perspectives, the thesis discusses the influence of Jinshi in Jiajing twenty-six years towards the historical and social development of late Ming Dynasty. Politically, Jinshi in Jiajing twenty-six years constitute the core of Zhang Juzheng Reformers. The real meaning of Jinshi Yang Jisheng not only lies in pointing out the issues but also this kind of spirit has an significant role in encouraging the free expression of one’s ideas in late Ming Dynasty. Economically, Zhang Juzheng Reforms open the five hundred years of Chinese silver economy era, which has epoch-making significance in the history of Chinese social development. The idea that the officials transport salt was created by Yin Zhengmao and more importantly, it changed the stretched finances in Guangxi region. Culturally, seven Jinshi in Jiajing twenty-six years led "Cultural Archaist Movement". Wang Shizhen and Li Chunfang are two important candidates of the classic "The Golden Lotus" and "Journey to the West" respectively.The final conclusion can be summarized as:the officials who were selected in Jiajing twenty-six years are successful and they have great influence on the social development in the late Ming Dynasty.
