The domestic animation has formed the trend of “younger aged”for a long time. The trend is not conducive to the development of Chines animation.Therefore, exploring the transformation and the development of domestic animation from “younger aged“ to "all aged" has became an important topic in the field of researching and creating domestic animation.The forming of domestic animation has its own regular pattern and historical context.While the phenomenon of “younger aged”has focused on the content and audience orientation. In fact, after making a general observation of the domestic and external outstanding animation, they have reflected the "all aged creation and production. In view of this, the domestic animation should have an “all aged ” development way.Why should the domestic animation be “all aged”? Because only “all aged ”trend can adapt to international situation and social and culture development.As a kind of literary and artistic works, cartoon is a kind of cultural symbol. Under the impact of foreign markets and the bondage of domestic concept and many other unfavorable conditions,the future of domestic animation should hold the direction of development which is truly suitable for all ages audience and in line with the modern aesthetic psychology.Exploration and innovation is the necessary way to "all aged”of sustainable development. For animation art, the original creation is the core elements for maintaining long-lasting artistic vitality and connotation. Beyond all doubt, inheriting and carrying forward the traditional art of Chinese characteristics should become the top priority for the“all aged” innovation. At the same time, with the arrival of the new media era, to achieve the network coverage of the whole age is another breakthrough of "all aged".
