Just world belief is a belief that: Individual believes that they live in a just world, in this world, people tend to get its deserved income that deserve, good man will get reward, bad guys will get the bad news.Since just world belief was presented by Lerner in 1965, it is rapidly becoming a hot research in psychologists and sociologists, a major issue of is the structure and dimensions of just world belief, and most measurements of just world beliefs were questionnaires, and other self-report scales. But just world belief is often implicit, we can’t understand individual’s just world belief comprehensively if it were simple and explicit measure. But the study of just world belief implicit level is relatively small, it is necessary to research the individual’s implicit just world belief. Previous studies about just world beliefs are mostly concentrated in the study of its impact on the attitude to innocent victims, mood and behavior, and less concerned about the impact of a just world on information processing, such as the belief how to affect the individual’s attention, memory, judgment and interpretation, etc., the attention as the basic level of the information processing, it is an important condition to complete a variety of individual behavior. According to the relevant literature can speculate just world beliefs may affect the individual’s attention, but the researchers did not regard were concerned. The present study focused attention on this and fill this gap, discuss the effect of implicit just world belief on attention. We carried three experiments to explore the attention bias characteristic and the mechanism of attention bias of individuals with different implicit just world belief. Experiment1 was from the implicit level to study the just world belief, using the implicit association test to measure individual’s implicit just world belief, and analyzes the sensitivity index and the reliability of the test, the results showed that the test has good sensitivity, consistency reliability and retest reliability. Experiment 2 focused on attention characteristics of individuals with different implicit just world belief. Point detection paradigm was used to study attention bias characteristics of individuals with different implicit just world belief. Experiment 3 was the deepening of the Experiment 2, trying to using cue-target paradigm to explore the mechanism of attention bias. Conclusions are follows:(1) The IAT test of just world belief can be used as a measure tool of just world belief and it can be applied to study.(2) Individuals with high implicit just world belief have an attention bias to justice stimuli.(3) The reason why individual with high implicit just world belief have an attention bias to justice stimuli is attention alert to justice stimuli.
