The report includes the translation of the Chapter One of Dynamic Supply Chains, the 3rd edited version (the author is John Gattorna) which was published on June, 2015 and a report focus on it.The author of Dynamic Supply Chains is John Gattorna, who is a famous scholar in logistics and has been working in corporate logistics networks and enterprise supply chains for 30 years. Many global companies have adopted his model, with significant results. Dynamic Supply Chains is for business managers who recognize the vital role that supply chains and logistics play in the company and its future. This book mainly explains the new model of supply chains that have an important role in economy. Based on the leadership thought, the conceptual framework of this book include four parts:customers (marketplace), supply chain strategies (lean, agile, continuous replenishment, and fully flexible), internal cultures and leadership (those people who shape the culture in the firm). It also introduces the new model of supply chains.
