Since 2002, the Chinese government encourages enterprises to actively carry out the strategy of "going out", the enterprise of our country through continuous attempt on the way of "going out" has made outstanding achievements. And the cultural industry as a new force has become the prime force of foreign trade in our country. This article is mainly aimed at the analysis of cultural creative industrial which will create greater value for the national income, and the cultural creative industry compared with other industries has the characteristics of knowledge-intensive, green, absorbing a lot of labour, high profits and long revenue range. While the cultural creative industry of the high value-added in the process of "going out" will be affected by many factors, but cultural factors influence on enterprises "going out" compared to other industries is clearer. In this paper, we use the quantitative concept of "cultural distance" of cultural difference to analysis the influence of cultural factors on "going out".The analysis of this paper is grouped into five parts. In the first part, mainly expounds the concepts of cultural creative industry and culture creative industry’s "going out", and minutely introduce the main theory of this article. The second part analyzes the develop situation of the culture creativity industry, the develop characteristics of culture creativity industry and problems existing in the cultural creative industries in China.The third part is case analysis part of this article, through the introduction of perfect world and the process of "going out", show the success of perfect world of "going out". The fourth part is the key analysis section, by to measure the culture distance between perfect world and its trading nation, from the four angles of the pattern of "going out", the selection of the path of target market,the selection of product and management analyzes the influence of cultural distance on perfect world’s "going out".The last part draw lessons from the successful case of the perfect world’s "going out" and summarize the enlightenment of these experiences to other enterprises.
