Purpose: The primary purpose of this study is to test whether the effect of job demands on emotional exhaustion and job resoures on depersonalization could be mediated by resources traits.Methods: conducted a questionnaire survey of a total of 280 subjects to teachers,police officers, nurses,with Chinese scholars revised job demands scale, resource scale, resources traits and job burnout scale.Results:(1) Teachers and police officers and nurses’ job burnout is high, low sense of achievement evaluation of the highest score(M=4.10), followed by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization(M=3.65), the lowest score(M=3.46).(2)there were differences in working age and marital status of teachers, police officers and nurses. There was no difference in gender, age, occupation, education level and working status.(3)job demands positively affects emotional exhaustion, job prospects and social support of work resources positively affects depersonalization.(4)resources traits positively affects emotional exhaustion and depersonalization; sense of control positively affects emotional requirements, work family conflict, job prospects; sense of meaning and work requirements are significantly positive correlation; trust and job prospects, significant positive correlation; satisfied oneself and emotional requirements, work family conflict and social support has a significant positive correlation; optimism and emotional demands, work family conflict and job prospects and social support significantly positive correlation; flexibility and emotion to pray and work family conflict has a significant positive correlation.(5)controlled,flexibility and optimism are the significant mediators for the health impairment process.conclusion:(1) there was a significant positive correlation between job requirements and emotional exhaustion.(2) job prospects and social support was positively correlated with the disintegration of personality.(3) controlled, flexibilityand optimism of resources play an intermediary role in work family conflict and emotional exhaustion.controlled, flexibility and optimism of resources play an intermediary role in emotional requirements and emotional exhaustion.(4) personality traits of resources play no intermediary role in job requirements and emotional exhaustion.
