The Research Of Television Drama Character Model Based On Zhao Baogang’s Youth Trilogy

Zhao Baogang is the director who is good at describing the big time and grasping the little characterization. From the early 1990 s, Zhao Baogang is the participant when the country started the television drama. He went along with China’s economic and social development and went hand in hand the pace of people’s ideology ahead of the front row steadily, until now, in a sense,Zhao Baogang has grown into a leader in TV drama industry, and triggered a new cultural phenomenon.In the first part, we analyze Zhao Baogang’s work from two aspects. From gender perspective, we interpret the characteristics and features of different characters.In the second part, the study further locked in recent Zhao Baogang’s youth trilogy. About the male and female characters are analyzed, study its characters. And from it, we conclude Zhao’s way of characterization: the one is on building characters, using high degree actor and the role to interpret the process of the story; the second is the plot design, through the rhythm of the lines constantly trying to keep up with the trend, Zhao gradually formed a series of language style and discourse patterns. Meanwhile we analyzed the role of visual language in its costumes and music.In the third part, the research analyzes the development and change of the characters from rebellious consciousness awareness, women awareness and inter generational dialogue. Moreover, the research combined with great development times and Zhao Baogang’s own growing experience, to analyze conscious rationality of existence in youth trilogy, also confirmed Zhao Baogang is a young director keeping up with the trend of the time.In the last part, the paper analyzed Zhao’s creation, concluded the reasons for the success of his work. That is offering a way for the audience can empathize while creating social nature topic, can provide emotional catharsis, to express the feelings of the object for busy people in city. But at the same time, Zhao’s recent works also revealed a certain homogeneity, the present situation and development of the youth of our country, and also he showed the reflection and prospect, some enlightenment and hope for the future creation.
