Lisa is a 14-year-old girl, who is smart and beautiful. Thanks to her father who is a painter, she grows up with extraordinary talent. Due to her parents’ divorce, she has become quite silent with no friends to tell her trouble. She lives with her mother, but deep inside, she longs for her father’s caring. However, she has no access to her father, and her relationship with her mother is quite cold.Lisa studies painting from teacher Fei this summer holiday. Fei is a young man in his twenties who is talented in painting. He had been to France to study painting with his girl friend Yan Ran. To support his girl friend, he came back to homeland alone, opened a gallery, taught students painting, just to make money. Fie is tall, handsome and talented. And he is particularly concerned about Lisa. His careful move touches Lisa deeply, and she fell in love with Fei, although she doesn’t know herself. She observes Fei’s words and deeds, she cares for his emotions. To win his attention and praise, Lisa works even harder and try to develop herself. At the same time, she and her parents’ misunderstanding lifted.However, Fei’s girl friend leaves, which is a quite shock to him. He can’t take it so he chooses to run away. His departure makes Lisa very painful and she feels intolerable. With the help of Ye Xin, who is a little older than Lisa, she finally solves her trouble and make her dreams come true. Lisa finds her Mr. Right in the same way, and she has made friends with Ye Xin.This thesis is mainly concerned with the scriptwriting of Lisa. This thesis attempts to utilize the worldwide scriptwriting theme ’Youth and Growing up’. This thesis describes the senses of Sociology and Education, analyses the structure and features, explores the main characters. At last, this thesis reviewed defects and inadequacies of this screenplay.
