Habermas Discuss Theory And Voice To Examine The Network

This paper extracts Habermas’ discourse theory to analyze the right of discourse in n etwork and is based on the following two judgments:(1) as the extension and practicality of the Habermas’ theory of communicative action, the discourse theory is the core of Ha bermas’ discourse politics; and(2) the dispute over the network discourse and right of dis course is a reflection of communication behavior anomie of realistic society in the netwo rk society, and serves as a relatively concentrated problem domain in modern society.This paper defines the research contents on two layers, i.e. discourse theory and righ t of discourse in network and the internal connection of them.Firstly, its internal correlation with the communicative action theory and discourse p olitics is clarified through the pedigree analysis of Habermas’ discourse theory, and the di scourse theory is fully considered in five layers, namely generation background study of t he discourse theory, the discourse subject, ideal discourse environment, language used in discourse and basic principles of discourse;Secondly, the possibility of the discourse theory intervening in the analysis of right of discourse in network is investigated in three layers, i.e. logic, applicability and paradig m of the discourse theory intervening in the analysis of right of discourse in network, esp ecially the generation background of the discourse theory, the discourse subject, ideal dis course environment, language used in discourse and basic principles of discourse, etc. are incorporated into the domain of right of discourse in network for reflecting investigatio n. The possibility of the discourse theory intervening in the analysis of right of discourse in network is determined through three paradigms, namely discourse politics, rule of disc ourse and principle of universalization.In the end, the possible approaches of eliminating the game dilemma of the right of discourse in network by the discourse theory are discussed by means of interpreting such game dilemma. For the purpose of the paper, the main approaches for the discourse theor y intervening in the analysis of right of discourse in network are concluded as follows: re build the public domain and public opinion; limit the operation of monetary logic within the market field to prevent its circulation or exchanging for the political field; improve th e private right of discourse and respect and protect the individual’s right in the network c ommunicative action to gather more discourse subjects together by improving the private right of discourse, thus generating the mass’ discourse code and ability structure to bette r resist possible damages caused by the national right of discourse.
