Russian is one of the official languages of the UN and the Russian federation,east Slavic dialect belongs to the Slavic languages, mainly used in Russia and other members of the former Soviet union. The use of native Russian speakers worldwide number is more than one hundred and forty million, as a second language use of nearly forty-five million people. With the development of the cultural exchange between China and Russia and central Asia, more and more Russian background students come to China to study Chinese, in order to use Chinese in study, work, etc.The rhetorical question,in both Chinese and Russian is often used, especially in the spoken language, express the speaker implied meaning. Chinese rhetorical is the difficult sections of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, mainly appear in senior Chinese study. Based on the senior level of Russian background students as investigation object, this thesis use ontology knowledge of Chinese and Russian,comparing two kinds of language rhetorical analysis, on this basis, the key to solve Russian background students learn Chinese rhetorical process bias, transfer and other problems, sums up the types of errors, put forward the corresponding countermeasures of teaching, in order to help to Russian background students in Chinese learning.This thesis analyses the theory of language transfer and second language acquisition theory. This thesis compared two kinds of language form and use of rhetorical situation, analyzing the similarities and differences between Chinese commonly used rhetorical. The situation of study for international students, the design for Russian rhetorical question background students of learning situation questionnaire. Through the feedback questionnaire, analysis errors arising from the foreign students in the actual learning problems, combined with the similarities and differences between Chinese and Russian, summed up the background for Russian students learning Chinese rhetorical teaching Suggestions.
