As the number of foreign learners of Chinese keeps increasing, the number of Chinese teachers is also rising. Chinese has become a popular language to learn. The two important issues are how to make the learners keep their interest in learning Chinese, and how to make them maintain their enthusiasm in Chinese learning,Interesting methods of teaching Chinese as a foreign language is one of the important principles of the foreign language pedagogy, is also an integral part of Chinese as a foreign language teaching methods, make Chinese classroom lively and interesting and common need to achieve the goal of Chinese as a foreign language teacher.This paper adopted the approach of introducing an interesting teaching system from theory to practice. First this paper introduces the concept of interest teaching principle from the aspects of theory and the characteristic, importance and the requirement for teachers. And then through the survey and interview method, investigationand analysis to 94 college students and 10 Chinese teachers of KazakhAblaiKhan UniversityOf International Relationsand World Languages.Awareness of interest teaching, in the application of college Chinese teaching and the teaching effect, Through the analysis of the questionnaire design conforms to the foreign student’s interesting teaching methods, lets the student with more passion to learn Chinese knowledge, Finally illustrate the importance of kazakhstan university classroom into interesting elements.I hope this article can help and offer some reference for Chinese as a foreign language teachers.
