Well-being is the eternal pursuit of mankind, and religion is an important cultural phenomenon in human society. Today, our country is in the dramatic social transformation period, Undergraduate Christian has become an emerging group which come under increasing scrutiny. The relationship between religion and well-being is the hot spot issues in abroad, the study found that the positive correlation between them. Our country has a unique education background and religious cultural traditions,Christianity in our country belongs to the foreign religion. The number of Christians in China has a rapid development, in recent years, the development of the was under more and more attention. This study invite Undergraduate Christian as subjects therefore, to explore the present situation and the characteristics of their religious beliefs and well-being, as well as the relationship between religion and well-being and its internal mechanism. On the one hand, this study can enriches the theoretical results of happiness not only, but also enrich the theory of psychology of religion in China;on the other hand, the study also give the reference and revelation to school ideological and political education and psychological health education work.In this study, we selected 225 Undergraduate Christian in Lanzhou, Religious Involvement Scale, Religious Attitude Scale, Religious Identity Scale, Self-esteem Scale, Self Consistency and Congruence Scale, Social Support Scale, Interpersonal Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale, Subjective Well-being Scale and Psychological Well-being Questionnaire, research method using the difference test, correlation analysis, and structural equation model, the purpose is to explore the characteristics of religious belief and well-being of Undergraduate Christian, and explore the relationship between Christians religious beliefs and subjective well-being and its mechanism; and the relationship between Christians religious beliefs and psychological well-being and its mechanism.The research results are as follows:(1) Undergraduate Christians’ have higher degree of Christian religion.(2) The level of Undergraduate Christians’ subjective well-being andpsychological well-being was higher.(3) Religious beliefs were significant predictors of subjective well-being,self-esteem and social support plays a mediating role in the relation.(4) Religious beliefs were significant predictors of psychological well-being, self consistency and congruence and interpersonal relationship plays a mediating role, and self consistency and congruence plays an intermediary role between interpersonal relationship and psychological well-being.
