The model of the "image of China" has been a topic unable to bypass with the rise of the modern china by facing the situation of world civilization and it is also the anxiety of China when the people are on the great journey to achieve the "Chinese dream" of national prosperity, national rejuvenation and the happiness of the people. However, since the birth of the concept of "image of China", its power of discourse has always been lying in the west. In the other’s "mirror image", we are sometimes the fascinating orient "silk country", the " golden heaven", or the " yellow peril" as horrible as the great scourges. But the real China has always been whirling.This paper is devoted to explore the Chinese Modern Literature writer’s writing of the "image of China" from the perspective of ID at the same time. The "image of China" in the field of literature is different from that in the politics and history. It is in a way of aesthetic, by the specific perceptual description of the character and the environment in literary works. In the tense relationship between reality and imagination, real and imaginary, with the micro exquisite expression of the image of man and society in literature, we can realize the synthesis and art show of the "image of China" in the macro perspective. The literature in the perspective of "image of China" is destined to be diversified. It is the diverse narrative of the social life’s history and the "national history of spirit" in the tense relationship between tradition and modern, individual and whole, material and spiritual, national and local.This paper is taking the Chinese modern literature between the year of 1917 to 1949 as the object of study. Starting from the literary works in the angle of literary image and classifying the "image of China" by the three image systems of "torchbearer"> "revolutionary" and "liberalist". Exploring the rheological and endoplasmic of the three image systems in Chinese Modern Literature, then probing into alleged assaults in the history dimension and space dimension, figuring the rich, unique aesthetic form of the "image of China" in the Chinese Modern Literature.
