As the number of recent years into the financial market of our country of foreign banks are gradually increase, commercial banks are facing more and more pressure of competition. In order to improve its market competitiveness, commercial banks have to step up its management and business innovation and reform, especially put forward more higher requirements, working for internal staff. The Commercial Bank of our country is the unique nature of financial function, significant independent enterprises,young employees is one of the key elements of the sustainable development of the bank, but the traditional human resources management not only have little effect, but also to some extent caused a young employee dissatisfaction, and lead to a series of internal management problems and employee occupation burnout problem. Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to base on the commercial bank’s own value and the needs of young employees occupation, finds out the factors influence the occupation burnout, finally puts forward the targeted management strategies. Based on this, this article through the literature research method, questionnaire survey method,interviews, case analysis, taking the case of Yichun City Commercial Bank, starting from the theoretical elaboration of commercial occupation burnout, psychological contract of occupation burnout and related five assumptions, and by the way of questionnaire survey, and its influence factors in common that Yichun City Commercial Bank young employee occupation burnout, thus put forward the management countermeasures in accordance with commercial young employee occupation burnout, in order to solve business problems young employee occupation burnout, make them in creating economic value for commercial banks, and individuals to maximize the value of play. The study found that, the impact of Yichun city commercial bank employee occupation burnout of youth by seniority, age,education, gender, banks can do a good job design, rational allocation of humanresources; make full use of the work, exert work motivation; do a good job of enterprise personnel training, the objective evaluation of training effect; improve the employing mechanism of enterprises, formulate reasonable norms of behavior the method to deal with the young employee occupation burnout.
