The organization is the most extensive research field of emotional labor, but the employee is the most used of emotional labor strategies crowd. Many studies have shown that emotional labor is one of the most key variables affecting employee psychological and organizational development. Excessive use of adverse emotional labor strategy will not only affect employee health of body and mind, will also hinder the sustainable development of the organization. This study discusses the relationship among trait coping styles, job satisfaction, and emotional labor strategy, further providing abundant data for the relevant study of emotional labor.This article will adopt WuPeiJun emotional labor scale, Jiang Qianjin trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ), and Tusi compiled the overall employee satisfaction questionnaire as research tools. The electronic and print out 500 questionnaires, recycling of 382, including 333 valid questionnaires. Investigation and analysis of the status quo of the study of emotional labor, and the relationship among employees’ emotional labor strategy, trait coping style and job satisfaction of the three 。Conclusions as follows:1. Trait coping style, job satisfaction and emotional labor strategy has some significant differences in the demographic variables.2. Trait coping style, job satisfaction and emotional labor strategy has two correlation between various dimensions: positive coping styles are positively correlated with job satisfaction, positive coping styles are positively correlated with deep play strategies, deep play strategies are positively correlated with job satisfaction; passive coping style are negative correlated with job satisfaction, passive coping style were negative correlated with surface play strategy, surface play strategy and negatively correlated with job satisfaction,3. Through multiple stepwise regression analysis found that positive coping styles and deep play strategy on job satisfaction have significant positive prediction; negative coping style and surface play a strategy of job satisfaction have significant negative prediction.4. Emotional labor strategy from the part of the intermediary role between trait coping style and job satisfaction: deep acting strategy from the part of the intermediary role between trait coping style and job satisfaction; surface acting strategy from the part of the intermediary role between trait coping style and job satisfaction.
