| In recent years, with the strong momentum of the global culture and creative, even though it was started late in China, the development of cultural and creative industry in china has the backwardness advantage with its good economic foundation and cultural background.By 2012, the total investment was 23.20025 billion yuan, the total number of investment projects was 12313% the total construction area was 10.015 million square meters. The all numbers had greatly improved compared with the 9.18246 billion yuanã€1087ã€3.38 million during the year 2001-2005 1087.At the same time, the main carrier of cultural and creative industry——cultural creative industry park also had developed rapidly.According to the data that the number of cultural and creative industry park has increased from 365 to 1107 during the period from2011 to 2013, China has become the main growth point of culture and creative industry park development around the world, and playing the role of direction during the urban development. As an important type of urban system in our country, the ancient cities especially the eight ancient capitals, like Xi’an, Kaifeng, Nanjing, have experienced the changes from the center of politicalã€economic and cultural to center of modern economy, from simple handicraft industry and the traditional commercial economy to modern industrial economy, from the consumption to production center. The spatial structure also has changed gradually from the old city expanding into new and the old city. Based on the background of the cultural and creative industries has become the key point of the city’s economic development, the research for the further development in Xi’an has realistic meanings. The full paper is divided into five parts:(1) Introduce the background and research significance;(2) The related concept, scope and classify of cultural and creative industry and cultural and creative industry parkã€the related theories (3) summarized the cultural creative industry park at home and abroad:New York, London, and qujiang;(4)The main part of the article, by using the GISsoftware, getting the following conclusion:First, the cultural and creative industry park is divided into five types:industry park (14%), hybrid park (54%), local characteristics (14%), art park (14%), entertainment park (4%), using the Arc GIS software, for the industry park, the overall distribution is average, only in northern has a small range of concentration; for hybrid parks are relatively concentrated in central and southern,;for local characteristic parks, except a park located in the west and east, all the others are relatively concentrated in beilin and yanta district, and are mainly distributed in changan south road, north street, and the white south road; for leisure recreational parks, only two, distribution in central and southern south ring road and qujiang road; for art parks, have more concentrated distribution.Second, through the analysis of the spatial temporal evolution of cultural and creative industrial park in Xi’an, I get the following results. Before 2006, the development of cultural and creative industrial park was in its infancy, the distribution showed point shape distribution. With the time past and the economic development in Xi’an, the number of industrial park is increasing year by year, and the categories become enrich constantly. By 2014, the gathering situation is becoming increasingly apparent. There is only one located in west and it’s near the Xi Hu highway, so the overall distribution of the west is very sparse. But there are 45 parks gathered in south-central, accounted for 80.4% of the total. In addition to the overall gathering situation in the south-central, the trend of subdivision gather is also very significant, which mainly features in the wall zone, high-tech Zone, qujiang new area, and the economic development zone, has formed the " four major sections " of industrial park. The four sections covers 37 parks, accounted for 66% of the total number. At the last, the fifth part put forward the suggestions to the development in Xi’an through the analysis of the spatial distribution and temporal evolution characteristics cultural and creative industry parks. |
