The Relationship Between Empathy And Job Satisfaction Of Nurse And The Significance In Clinical Practice

Empathy is the ability of a transposition thinking ability, refers to the others standing position, put yourself in the identification and understanding of another situation and emotional ability. To have a good empathy can help establish a good relationship between nurse and patient, it also can improve the job satisfaction of nurses.In this paper, in order to nurse in psychiatric hospitals as the investigation object, use the nurse version of Jefferson empathy scale as the tool and the nurses job satisfaction questionnaire used together. Analysis the different demographic variables of empathy ability of the nurses in psychiatric hospitals and job satisfaction of the nurses,and to to explore the relationship. Results are as follows.First, the investigation and study of empathy ability showed that:(1) the empathy ability of nurses of psychiatric hospital are affected by the influence of gender and nursing age;(2) the difference of the empathy ability of nurses of psychiatric hospital in section categories, the title is not significant.Second, the survey job satisfaction research show that:(1) There are obvious differences on the nurse of psychiatric hospital job satisfaction in sex, section categories, title and nursing age.Third, the empathy of nerses is higher the higher the job satisfaction.
