The Study On The Regional Factor’s Influnce On Personality Differences

In this research we adopted The Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire(or 16PF) to test 1001 college students from Nanchang university,Nanning university and Xinxiang college, we have a detailed discussion in present college students’ personality differences and the influnces of regional factor in personality differences.The main personality traits of the college students belong to the intermediate type,they have a tendency of high marks in smart and strong.It tells us that morden college students have more rich knowledge,quick thinking,strong learning ability,strong,independent and positive.The college students’ personality traits have difference on the demographic variables such as gender,grade,professional,whether the one-chlid,regional,family background,relationships,the style of breeding and educating,the degree of dependence on the Internet,level of consumption.The college students who from the south,north and northwest have remarkable difference in excitatory,strong,brave,fantasy,experimental and self-control.The regional differences of college students’ personality traits will change with the interact influnce in the collective life.The freshman and the senior year’s students who from the south have remarkable difference in happy,smart and dependent.The freshman and the senior year’s students who from the north have remarkable difference in happy,stability,fantasy,worry and tension.If some college students who from south and they live in a dormitory which have south students and north students,we just called them A,if some college students who from south and they live in a dormitory which all the students are south people,we just called them B,then,A and B have remarkable difference in happy,strong,excitatory,brave,suspect,worry and dependent.If some college students who from north and they live in a dormitory which have south students and north students,we just called them C,if some college students who from north and they live in a dormitory which all the students are north people,we just called them D,then,C and D have remarkable difference in happy,stability,strong,excitatory,brave,suspect,circumspect,and,farseeing,experiment, independence and self-control.
