The Diversity Of Contemporary Ink Figure Painting Subject Esearch

This paper was performed to study the diversity of contemporary Chinese ink figure paintings, which basis on the period since 1949, mainly focused on the characteristics of diversity of figure painting presented in contemporary china. The study begins with the development of ink figure paintings, which divided into two parts, 1949 as the cut-off point.The first part mainly reviews and analyzes the development and the evolution in the classical stage, the second part mainly focuses on the contemporary Chinese history time, discusses the ink figure painting characteristics in three important historical periods that from 1966 to "Cultural Revolution" and then the reform and open up, from which the diversity development pattern of contemporary ink figure paintings was summarized, and forming reasons were also discussed. Four main factors were summed up: politics, economy, culture, and the independent、individuality expression of artist. On that basis, the paper describes the further exposition on the diversity of contemporary ink figure painting theme, classicists the representative theme, which mainly focuses on rural themes, urban theme, regional ethnic customs theme and historical themes, with the analyze on different development histories and influence factors as example. In conclusion, it discusses the extension on contemporary ink figure paintings. These findings, coupled with the observation that the rich subject but empty content, and theme content requires good readability and realistic concern, and how to bring forth the new through the old, extend creative themes in contemporary diversity environment, and the necessary to improve the consciousness of the creator.
