The Study On Confucian Humanistic Spirit And Team Leadership Influence Factors

Enterprise is the basic unit of our society and economic organization. Constituting modern society, the trend of informatization and the globalization of economy provided enterprise with new opportunity and challenge.The model of team is being the efficient form for enterprise to deal with the complicated and variety environment, team has been the basic organization structure for most enterprises. Enterprise sees the ‘team leading power’ as an important factor of revolution, growth and regeneration. However, the history of the development of society economic and the direction of constantly heading towards makes us understood, team leading power is an important and scarce resource for the continuous, healthy and steady development of organization.Confucian humanistic spirit is the important of our traditional culture of China. Currently, many scholars explored the Confucian humanistic spirit in different academic areas, and also used it to explain and solve a plenty of problems in real business Fields. Therefore, it has important implication that researching for the impaction factor of Confucian humanistic spirit and team leading power.The relevant theory of Confucian humanistic spirit and team leading power lay the foundation for this paper. From the start of the ideological and moral model of benevolent, righteous, politeness, wisdom, credit, on the basis of the analysis of benevolent,righteous, politeness, wisdom, credit and the instruction of the impact to team leading power process, from the start of interpersonal relationships, team communication, team trust and decision making, from the start of the measurement index of team leading power: team performance and team commitment, the author of this paper preliminary sure the variable of researching for the factor of Confucian humanistic spirit and team leading power. Then, through referring to relevant questionnaire or scale view from the domestic and foreign experts, the author obtain basis information of four influence factor and two measurement index, use Likert-5 to survey, collect and finish sample data; on the basis of reading and analyzing the literature, establishing premise that the measurement index of team leading power from interpersonal relationships, team communication, team trust and decision making, using SPSS to statistical analyze the effective data obtained from the questionnaire, using Pearson relevant analysis method to inspect each premise; through the research for the correlation analysis of variables, the author of this paper comes to research conclusion : interpersonal relationships, team communication, team trust and decision making have positive influence to team leading power; according to the conclusion,establish the model of team leading power on the foundation of Confucian humanistic spirit. Secondly, analyze the case of the construction of team leading power based on the Confucian humanistic spirit of Baolingbao biological limit.LD. Lastly, according to the conclusion and case analysis, put forward the promotion strategy for team leading power; for the deficiency of this paper, the proceeding research will continue.
