In recent years, with frequent exchanges of Mongolian economy,politics and the "Chinese fever" effect, Chinese became one of the elective language lesson alongside English and Russian are popular in primary and middle schools in Mongolia. At the same time, more schools and parents in Mongolia are pay attention of Chinese characters. In this paper, I engaged in teaching Chinese to work in Ulaanbaatar city, as the basis for research and collected a total of 500 material of 134 corpus in Ulaanbaatar 3 school’s students, try to explore "primary Chinese Character’s teach " methods and strategies.By analyzing student corpus and access Chinese teachers in Ulan Bator region of the country to identify the problems in the teaching of Chinese characters and analyze the cause of the problem. In respect of students,teachers and the premise of the objective environment, based on the original characters to improve teaching methods and try new teaching program characters. In terms of how students learn, how teachers teach,school construction and other hardware presented in favor of the teaching of practical recommendations characters. This paper is divided into four main parts, namely: the recognize and writing status strategy of Mongolian students; Mongolian students to recognize and read Chinese characters, writing error analysis; Mongolia teaching methods and strategies; advice on teaching of Chinese characters and Mongolia recommendations. I think: Mongolian students to recognize and read Chinese characters errors mainly in the form of sound words recognize half, confusing the same components of Chinese characters, confusingaspects of homonyms and multi-tone words such as; Writing Errors mainly as follows: incomplete strokes, strokes writing is not in place,stroke order wrong, component deformation, dislocation parts,components change, part by loss and so on. Adapt to this, the following measures should be taken in the primary teaching of Chinese characters Ulaanbaatar: to recognize and read Chinese characters and Chinese writing separately. Recognize and read Chinese characters take centralized and decentralized literacy method of combining full use of classroom time, the effective use of after-school time; Chinese writing teaching should be based on the entire sequence from the stroke of the word, a full analysis of the structure of man, understand the meaning of Chinese characters components, thereby promote memory and writing of Chinese characters; in teaching, teachers should carefully analyze the students, the students learn the language of non- Chinese characteristics and writing habits, thus individualized; teachers improve teaching Chinese as a Foreign integrated curriculum based on existing characters appropriate to increase instructional time, design science, fun and efficient.At the same time,Chinese should continue to improve the teaching skill and major quality of themselves.
