The folk songs and proverbs, which is one important part of our folk literature, in order to express the people’ passions, and the wisdom of life. It is the real reflection of the social history, local customs and practices, and the spirits of the times. It& view of the folk, and its characteristics of collective creation, spreading, will make it have great value and significance on recording history, inheriting culture and so on. This is so significant for the society of Chinese ancient time, whose official literature was the most mainstream of culture, and which was lack of the exchange of information, and not easy to save their historical data. The Eastern Han Dynasty is an important time on the development of the folk songs and proverbs, which is a connecting link between the preceding and the following.
