The study of Chinese negative word is mainly concentrated two aspects of Chinese; the present and the ancient Chinese. Studies have shown synchronic difference and the diachronic evolution of Chinese and the study about negative words and negative sentence in modern Mandarin Chinese is nearly complete. However, the study of the similarities and the differences between Mandarin and dialect of Wuhan is not enough, and the research of negative expression in Wuhan dialect is more lack. Based on this phenomenon, this paper will attempt to research the way of expression of negative of Wuhan dialect, including negative words and the sentence which contain negative meaning of words. In this paper, the source of corpus including television shows, novels, etc. and material from Wuhan dialect speakers. Selected the perspective of Three-stratum to analysis language, and monographic study surround dialect of negative expression. This paper consists of five chapters, the main content of each part is as follows:Ⅰ. Pointed out the background of this study, arrange and comment on the research achievements of the negative, analysis the research motivation, research methods, the research mentality and the heavy difficulty of this thesis.Ⅱ. The syntactic features of expression of Wuhan dialect of negative. First of all, point out the negative expression including the negative word "bu" "mo" "mao" "maode" and other words to express negative meaning. Then, discussing in accordance with the structure, and then proving through a large number of examples. At last, conclude high use ratio Methods expression by comparison.Ⅲ. Firstly, introduce the semantic analysis method, and then in accordance with.the meaning of words in the syntactic structure to analysis the relationship between the negative word and the objective things.
