In today’s world the status and role of culture in international competition is becoming more and more prominent and become a powerful impetus to the economic and social development, and human culture, in essence, is history, only the culture is put in its proper historical perspective to understand the culture of the real connotation. Jaspers’ s survival history view, is he himself to build a historical perspective. The first half of twentieth Century, is the western philosophy of history and the occurrence of repeated criticism of the turning period. After the end of the two World War, the unrest of the international and social situation made the historian understand and analyze the human history and present a new characteristic.. Among them, the German philosopher Karl Jaspers with a unique perspective, proposed the famous axis theory ". His view of history is to his existential philosophy as the foundation, and the survival philosophy and with the popular existentialism, including Merleau- Ponty, Heidegger, Sartre’s view on the whole is consistent, but also has the difference. Jaspers is around the existence, existence, beyond the three themes of mutual contact. Only by the existence of human, can the interpretation of the existence of the overall problem. The existence of human being is essentially beyond existence, and transcendence is the foundation of existence.. As a kind of being left out, the existence of man must exist as the essence of existence, and the essence of existence must be realized through the freedom’s decision and transcendence.. In addition, through this idea, Jaspers attempted to reconstruct the relationship between philosophy and science, in order to explain the significance of the survival of modern people.. Jaspers’ s "Axial Period" view of history is based on his philosophy of existence.Jaspers believes that the development of human history is the survival of the human beings, the more the survival of the more historical and more highlights. Therefore, history is the cultural history or thought history of human existence. Thus the history of the living has the origin and the goal, the culture more prominent the history is stronger. Jaspers referred to this historical feature as the "axis period" and pointed out the first "axis period". ". His macro historical schema is established according to the essence, proposed outline of world history and world history of the development of dynamic logic structure, and predicts the arrival of a "Axial Period", pointed out the general direction for the future development of mankind.Marx’s view of history is essentially a kind of practical history view, and history is a kind of practical history. The formation of history reflects the cultural features of history.. In order to interpretation of Jaspers’ survival philosophy on the basis of the history of the survival based on view, found that the lack of the practical aspects of the idealism of the characteristics, but he put as history is about "people" of the study, consistent with the theme of historical studies. At the same time, to human survival as the foundation to build schema of history, reflecting the history of culture and dynamic.Through this research can not only deepen our for Jaspers’ historical view more profound and comprehensive understanding, but also help to broaden our understanding of the perspective of the theory of the Marxist outlook of history, will promote the development of the history of scientific and rational concept as guidance to treat and resolve the world different culture conflict, exchange and communication, in order to provide theoretical support for the cultural construction of "five in one" of the modernization of our country.
