3rd Plenary Session of 18 th CPC Central Committee clearly point out Chinese economy need to be accelerated. And also need to increase investment for electronic commerce and informatization. The movie industry is one of the core culture industry, contribute to economy. it becomes more and more important in the national economy. In recent years, China’s film industry has made great accomplishment,but it still has great potential development.O2O electronic commerce is a kind of electronic commerce, the highlight is Online to Offline, and the group purchase is the tipping point. It is nearly perfect blend of the online resources, technology, and the advantages of offline business opportunities, its value is not only reflected in the consumers, and it also leads the ecological business innovation and transformation, which optimizes and upgradesthe whole industry chain.In this paper, I study the movie ticket business unit of TW company based on the marketing management theory,combined with industry, SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and Michael Porter Five Forces model are applied in the article, the major purpose is to find out a applicable solution to sovle the existing marketing problems. Another purpose is exploring a suitable way for the development of Chinese movie industry, it will have a very important significance to the development of movie industry.
