| This research makes the validity and reliability analysis of the "Local Psychological Capital Scale" compiled by Ke Jianglin respectively with the use of classical measurement theory and item response theory. On this basis, this paper investigates the current situation of the psychological capital of 674 grass-root policemen and discusses the relationship between the psychological capital and work performance of the grass-root police.The results of this research are as follows:1. Under the classical measurement theory, the validity and reliability of the "Local Psychological Capital Scale" compiled by Ke Jianglin are respectively:the internal consistency reliability is 0.960; the correlation between each item and total score ranges from -0.087 to 0.765 with a significant correlation; the content validity is good; in structure validity, all the model fitting indexes accord with the surveying indicators. Under the item response theory, the measurement information functions are respectively:the average difficulty parameter is 0.697, the average distinction parameter -0.896, and the average guess coefficient parameter is 0.348. The largest information amount of local psychological capital test is 7.19. The ability values of the testees are mostly distributed around 0; namely the medium level of ability. It is obvious that they are all in line with the surveying indicators.2. The psychological capital status of the grass-root police in public security organization is generally higher than the average level. There are no significant differences between the psychological capital status of the grass-root police in public security organization with different age, marital status, gender and educational level. However, there are significant differences between the grass-root police with different work age.3. There is a positive correlation between the psychological capital and work performance and the psychological capital has certain prediction impact on the work performance. |
