| This study is the research of visual elements,which is the application of information visualization in scenic regions.It strives to break through the limitations of graphic aesthetics when visual elements used in scenic regions. Focusing on comprehensive factors of influencing the information transmission, such as perception, experience and informational efficiency, in order to put forward the design’s suggestions with multi-dimensional and universal applicability.The condition of scenic regions’information visualization is related to users’ informational experience and informational efficiency. Visual elements design is one of the most important aspects that influencing the information visualization’s effect. But, in the viewing of the status of some scenic regions exist some problems in the present of visual elements facing to the general audience. It shows:breaking away from of the audience’s visual and psychological cognition, no having good fusion of science and art, and the effectiveness of information visualization can’t showed better.The study takes the reality and objective problems as the basic premise and summarizes the visual elements of information visualization. And then, it makes analysis and summary to the design characteristics and principles of the word, graphics, modeling, color and dynamic in scenic regions. The research makes the characteristics analysis and regular summary of "the information" "the scenic region" "the user" "the show", in order to concludes the various factors of design, and proposes the view of achieving the harmony of art with science and sensibility with rational. The focus is taking the analysis of the user into the premise of visual elements design, in the hope that inferring a multi-dimensional, adaptive and general design method to guide the practice. This research perhaps can play the positive role in promoting the transmission efficiency in scenic area or others.The article is divided into five parts. The first chapter mainly introduces the research background, research methods and the significance. Chapter Two takes "the information visualization of scenic regions"as the scope of analysis. On the basis of understanding the concepts and background, it analyzes the present situation and puts the goal of visualization to support the next chapter. Chapter three focuses on the research of "visual elements". it summarizes and classifies the visual elements, puts forward the viewpoint, principles and processes of visual elements design. The final chapter carries out the design practice about the Gulangyu Island. Taking the theory to guide the practice, and making the practice to verify the theory. |
